We accept all major credit cards on our secure server.

If you do not wish to pay by c/card and you are within the U.K. We will accept a cheque. Please contact us before sending any cheques so we may give you the correct postal charge. Goods will not be sent until cheque is cleared - up to 5 working days. Please note we do not accept cheques/money orders outside the U.K.

We will accept credit card telephone orders, please have your card ready when you ring. We are sorry, but we cannot accept credit card payments from anyone other than the card holder.

For delivery in the U.K. we recommend you choose Special Delivery which will be insured and guaranteed to be delivered by 12.00 noon the next working day Items up to 10 kilos in weight can be sent by Special Delivery. You can choose First or Second Class for smaller items up to 750gms this service is not insured and takes 1-3 working days for this service.
There are two other services either Royal Mail Standard Parcels 3-5 working days or Parcelforce 3-7 working days.

Delivery outside the U.K. is by Royal Mail International Signed for. This service is for
items up to 2 kilos and is insured. Items over 2 kilos must be sent by Parcelforce International which only insure for loss. They will not insure for damage.

We make no charges to pack or handle and we pack extremely well using new materials all bought at our expense. We only ask our customers to pay the postal charges. Please note we will not be held responsible for items sent uninsured and no recompense will be give by Grannie Used To Have One.

We aim in most cases to dispatch within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Thursday.

If an insured item is received from us in a damaged condition, contact us immediately and please keep the box the item was received in with all the packaging. If a claim is raised against this item the Post Office will often ask to see the item and the packaging in which it was received.

If goods are not received within the above time scales please advise us immediately.

Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time from placing the order and up until seven working days from the day after the delivery, without giving any reason for cancellation for most goods.

Goods returned should be packed wherever possible using the same or similar strong packing box and packing materials as goods where received in and must be insured wherever possible. If goods are returned, badly packed and/or uninsured and are damaged or lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible and no recompense will be made by Grannie Used To Have One.

Due to Internet fraud all our stock is security marked before it leaves us. If an item is returned without our mark we will not issue a refund.

We will not pass on your details to any third party, We will not contact you without your permission. If you have asked us to "keep you on file" and wish to opt out of this service at any time, please let us know.
